SPSP 0-6 subscription service provides full technical support package for 12 months.
When the end user purchases the AVDI interface, he receives for one year (from the day of purchase) free upgrades and access to the latest AMS online services (Annual Maitenance Subscription) and free support through the Abrites Help desk platform for AVDI. After the one-year period ends, end users will need to activate AMS to receive upgrades and access the above AVDI services as well as the Support Plan for technical support through the Abrites Help desk platform. If the services are not activated, users will be able to use the latest version of software they received and installed on their computer and will not have access to online services and technical support.
The Support Plan Service Pasvatis support package includes:
- technical support through the Abrites help desk platform
- technical support via email with a technician from our company
- technical support by phone with a technician from our company
- technical support with remote connection
- immediate replacement of the AVDI device with a full machine in case of damage or malfunction until user device will repair
Note : To be able to order special features, you must have the AMS (Annual Maitenance Subscription) service activated. It is necessary to have the AMS (Annual Maitenance Subscription) service activated in order to be able to order any support package!
