IO terminal hardware HW11

I/O Terminal HW11 new device.

Also fixed the resistor moving problem for FIAT software. HW11 has an ON-OFF switch for CAN1 Resistor 120 Ohm.

The device works only through the IO Terminal software and the corresponding SIM card or by activation and has the following software:
